  • This former’s cutting process is equipped with a three-station forging process (open upset, forming, piercing).
    After cutting in the first process (involving the independent twin ram), the upset is transferred to the second process by the thrust up pusher.
    A wide selection of simple products such as hex nuts, bearing donut blanks, flange nuts, square nuts, lock nuts, and washers can be produced.
