・Normally, modification of the PKO stroke is performed by replacing the PKO cam. However, replacement of the PKO cam requires fixing the PKO lever at the stroke end and in the case of large machines the machine cover has to be lifted up, and it becomes work that takes a lot of time.
・Because of this, Sakamura is developing a method to modify and adjust the PKO stroke without replacing the cam.
PKO Stroke Adjustment Method
1.Loosen the PKO stroke adjustment cam fixed nut.
2.Loosen the lock plate fixed bolt.
3.Using the scale installed on the side of the moving cam as a guide, move it with the PKO stroke adjustment bolt.
4.Tighten the lock plate fixed nut.
5.Tighten and lock the PKO stroke adjustment cam fixed bolt.
