Application Expansion
We are now accepting trial manufacturing requests for our IF-230-7+Servo type machine installed at our Research and Development Building.
Compared to the conventional chuck, a large punch diameter can now be used, and the chuck fingers move upward. This is an open cassette-type chuck.
The refeeding system consists of cutting -> preforming -> piercing. The slugs are formed, and by annealing, the hardness is removed. In order to ensure that the thickness is consistent, a phosphate coating is applied after the hole is chamfered. The slugs are again supplied to the former and formed.
