Parts produced by formers are becoming more refined, and net shaping is becoming more prevalent. At Sakamura, a SP Conveyor is being developed to reduce product scarring after being forged. In order to maintain the precision of forged parts, we have started offering a SP line of products, which help prevent scarring after the product leaves the SP conveyor.
A partition is provided for each product on the turn conveyor, again preventing interference between them. Products are then “softly” placed one-by-one onto the secondary conveyor by the rotary dumper.
