Oil is essential for the operation of formers. Using clean oil reduces wear on parts and prevents seizing breakdowns due to clogged pipes.
However, oil inevitably gets dirty as it is used. Especially, bonde powder is a major cause of oil contamination and oil mixed with bonde powder returns to the oil tank. The contaminated oil is subjected to strong centrifugal force in the centrifuge and the fine particles contained in the oil are separated from the clean oil and become sludge, which sticks to the inner wall of the rotating body.
“Automatic Centrifuge” automatically cleans and discharges this sludge. All the operator has to do is change the bag with discharged sludge. Hassle work is no longer required, and cleaning time is dramatically reduced.
