Guide Roll for Material Rewind
- The guide roll can wind straightened material back into a coil.
- If you reach the production volume in the middle of coiling material, straightened material is rewound and can be returned to a coil, making it easy to store. Also, material can be saved by not having to cut the straightened material.
- The rewound coil is removed by a forklift and hung on a storage hanger. It is then replaced with a coil for the next production.
- Vertical wire straighteners can be installed as an option.
